SUSSEX
POLICE AND CRIME COMMISSIONER CANDIDATES NAMED IN MURDER COVER UP
Mr. David Joe Neilson has called for Sussex Police and Crime
Commissioner Candidates David Rogers and Godfrey Daniel, (who have both
been on Sussex Police Authority), to be charged with corruption for:
Accessory to the murder of Katrina Taylor
Attempted murder of Mr. Neilson
Sussex Police's most hated person, has claimed a number of serving and
ex-serving policemen, government officials and Sussex Police and Crime
Commissioner Candidates, are involved in the murder cover-up of Katrina
Taylor, killed in Brighton in 1996.
David Joe Neilson, who was standing as a candidate for Sussex Police
and Crime Commissioner has been forced to stand down because:
Sussex Police Chief Constable Martin Richards, would not let him have
the files relating to the murder of Katrina Taylor or show him secret
files Sussex Police have on him.
He says “Sussex Police Chief Constable Martin Richards, is a total
crook covering up murder, drug dealing and other major crimes like
witness intimidation.”
David Joe Neilson has named individuals such as Brighton's Kemptown MP
Simon Kirby as an accessory to the above mentioned crimes. Simon Kirby
MP has refused meet Mr Neilson.
He goes further to say “Sussex Police Commissioner candidate Katy
Bourne is not fit to stand for the people of Sussex, because she could
not care less about the people of Sussex. If she's covering up
corruption now, what will she cover-up once she's elected? She showed
her true colours at the IPCC meeting at their headquarters in London by
trying to dodge valid and justified questions put to her.”
“Don't fall for Katy Bourne's caring image. She will be invited to meet
Katrina Taylor's family but will make up some excuse to pull out. Give
some excuse to cover up the murder and major crimes surrounding the
case.”
The facts of the case:
Katrina Taylor was murdered in a Brighton grave-yard in 1996. The
alleged killers were based in the Top Flat 318 South Coast Road
Peacehaven, the flat from above where David Joe Neilson lives in
Peacehaven. It was due to David's vigilance that Sussex Police were
able to find the murder weapon and piece together what happened.
As a consequence four people from a known criminal gang, lead by
notorious criminal Mark Slade aka Mark Sulc, were charged with her
murder and their trial was held at Lewes Crown court in 1997.
Two were found not guilty and two found guilty. The persons found
guilty appealed on 15 October 1998 and got a retrial at the Old Bailey
London in October 1999, whereupon they were acquitted.
Doubts of what happened during this trial are voiced by David and the
family of Katrina Taylor.
As of today, no-one has been brought to justice over her murder.
David Joe Neilson claims that Sussex Police and a number of serving and
ex-serving government officials are covering up the criminal activities
of Mark Slade, that include blackmail, fraud, theft, intimidation and
assault.
He says “Sussex Police are totally corrupt and these Police and Crime
Commissioner election must be stop now and an public enquiry should be
held”
